Return Policy
Need to make a return?
If you're not satisfied with your TTelephant order in any way, our team will gladly help to make things right. Just contact us at support@ttelephant.com to apply for a refund. However, please see below for more information on our return policy.
How long is the return window?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
*Please note that we don't accept returns after the 30 day timeframe. If an item is sent back after the 30 day window, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
A Few Things to Note:
All returned products must be unwashed in original condition with service card attached.
Remember to take extra care to pack your return package properly, so they don't get damaged on the way - we are not responsible for any returns until they reach our return address. Please also make sure to get proof of postage for reference in case you need to check the status with the carrier before it reaches us.
Gift cards and items marked as flash sales, final sales & special sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges and will not be refunded.
Sets cannot be refunded individually.
Please note if you made a purchase with a combination of a coupon and regular form of payment, only the amount exceeding the coupon value is refundable. Coupons usually cannot be recovered, but always feel free to contact our customer service team for more detailed information about each kind of coupon
Our customer service team will notify you of the decision of your request to refund by e-mail. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within two business days.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is produced or shipped. You will get a full refund when your order is canceled. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Late or Missing Refund
We initiate your refund immediately upon the approval of your request to refund. You will typically receive your refund within 8-10 business days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, please contact your credit card issuing company and your bank, as they often take additional times to process refunds.
